What will you learn?
✅Hands–on workshops: During the workshops, you will learn how to properly handle and orient the ultrasound probe and understand the basic anatomical scanning planes. Each participant will gain practical experience in basic anatomical ultrasonography of the abdominal cavity, head and neck, as well as cardiac and vascular anatomy.
✅Clinical–case presentations: Experienced clinicians will present real clinical cases from their practice in which ultrasound played a key role in establishing the diagnosis. During these interactive seminars, you will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained in the workshops and learn to recognize basic pathological findings in different anatomical structures.
✅Masterclasses: Together with our instructors, you will review the most common pitfalls in ultrasound imaging of individual anatomical regions, learn useful practical tips, and focus on the key aspects of imaging specific topographic areas.

For whom is PSSAS organised?
🔹Pregradual students of Medicine (who have successfully completed Anatomy class)
🔹Postgradual students (Ph. D.) of Medicine or Medicine-related field of study

🛌 Accommodation
Accommodation is provided for six nights in a single room, from Sunday, August 16, 2026, to Saturday, August 22, 2026 at the Komenského Dormitory near the Summer school’s venue and at the heart of Prague, just 300m meters from Prague castle.

💰 Participants’ fee: €555 (with accommodation)
🔹includes: all study materials, training and lectures access, accommodation, catering during the whole day, workshops and access to unofficial programmes. (Note: travel expenses are not covered).

Payment Instructions
❗Our system processes payments in Czech Crowns (CZK). Using a fixed conversion rate of 1€ = 25 CZK, the final amount due is 13 875 CZK. Your payment confirmation will state the amount in CZK.
🔹Once your payment is received, we will send you a Student contract which is to be filled out and sent back to us as soon as possible. We will contact you about the contract after your payment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
❗Registration becomes binding upon payment.
❗Cancellations: requests made before May 30, 2026, are eligible for a 50% refund.
❗Transfers: if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant. Please inform us immediately if this occurs.
