Participation Fee
💰 €350 – includes all study materials, access to training sessions, single-room accommodation, catering, a goodie bag from our sponsors, and participation in expert-led workshops
💰 Our payment system does not support payments in euros (€), so the fee has been converted into Czech crowns (CZK). Using a conversion rate of 1€ = 25 CZK, the final price is 8750 CZK. Your payment confirmation will state the amount in both EUR and CZK.
✈️ Please note that travel expenses are not covered by the program.
🏨 Accommodation is provided for six nights, from Sunday, August 24, 2025, to Saturday, August 30, 2025.

Refund Policy
Once payment is made, your registration is binding.
🔹 Cancellations made before May 30, 2025, are eligible for a 50% refund of the program fee.
🔹 If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible.
